💻Patterns and Graphic Designs

How do I create them? I usually design patterns by hand using colored pencils, crayons, watercolors, or whatever inspires me at the moment. Depending on the pattern, I either digitize and adapt it or create it directly using editing software.

🎴Digital Art

How do I create it? I make digital artwork in design programs, adding visually appealing elements like textures, watercolor effects, or oil painting simulations, among others. Some of these pieces also originate from my own paintings or photographs, blending traditional techniques with digital processes.

Are they all vectorized? Not necessarily—I also produce raster (pixel-based) versions, depending on the style and purpose of each design.

Where can I view your art? You can explore my work through my POD shops, browse curated boards on Pinterest, or enjoy daily inspiration on Instagram. Please note, some artworks may not be available for purchase due to licensing.

How can I purchase your work? Artworks are available for purchase via my POD shops on various platforms, directly through me, or on my Etsy store. Licensing options vary, so you can choose the one that fits your needs best. See licenses here


►What if I want something more personalized that matches my personal brand?

✨ Perfect! If you already know the style and colors you want, just let me know. If you're unsure, feel free to check out my previous works and let me know which one resonates most with you—that way, I’ll get a clearer sense of what you're looking for.

🎨 If the design you like has already been sold, I can definitely create something similar. Just keep in mind that while I’ll do my best, it won’t be exactly identical to the original.

►How to order your custom painting or pattern:

1️⃣ Send me an email including:

  • The idea you have in mind

  • The desired size

  • The shipping address This way I can estimate shipping costs and the time needed to create your piece.

2️⃣ Let’s begin! Once the 50% upfront payment is made (which covers the work and part of the materials), I’ll send you a PayPal invoice and start working on your painting.

3️⃣ I’ll keep you in the loop I love collaborating closely with my clients 😊. I usually send photos during the process so you can follow its progress and request changes as it evolves.

4️⃣ Final delivery When you’re happy with the result, I’ll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance and shipping fees. Once the payment is complete, I’ll ship your artwork to you.

🚫 Please note: I don’t accept changes or returns after delivery. However, simple and reasonable adjustments during the creation process are possible.

⚠️ If, even after adjustments, you’re not satisfied, the commission is considered completed and the initial payment will not be refunded.

⏳ The time it takes to complete your piece depends on its complexity, drying time (acrylic), and other factors, but it usually doesn’t exceed 2 weeks.

🛒 How can I make a payment?

I offer several convenient and secure methods:

  • 💳 Credit or debit card: Via PayPal.

  • 🅿️ Direct PayPal: If you already have a PayPal account, feel free to use this option.

  • 🏦 Bank transfer: If you prefer this method, just let me know and I’ll send you the details.

  • 🤝 In person: If you're in Switzerland, specifically in the canton of Schwyz, you can pay directly.

📦 How do you ship the items?

It depends on the type of product:

📧 Graphic designs and patterns

  • Sent digitally by email to the address you provide.

🖼️ Digital printing on a surface.

  • Shipped via certified postal mail (Die Post.ch), or you can buy them from my POD stores.

  • Packaging: in a rigid tube or sturdy cardboard box, well wrapped and protected with bubble wrap.

General Questions – Art Shop

💸 Can I get a discount?

Yes! Discounts are available depending on the order size and the date you place your order. Feel free to reach out before making your purchase.

🌈 Are the artwork colors exactly as shown on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your device (computer, phone, or tablet), so there might be some small differences from the original piece.

🖼️ Will the watermarks or text in the preview photos appear in my print?

No. Watermarks and any visible text in promotional images will not be included in your artwork. Paintings and prints will be signed, either on the bottom right corner or on the white border of the print.

📦 What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If the package looks damaged or you notice loose parts inside, do not accept it. Get in touch with me immediately to resolve the issue.

🔄 Do you accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations?

  • Exchanges: Contact me within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns for damage: You have 14 days from delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Cancellations: Must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. > Please note: Custom orders and digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.

📬 Is my information protected?

Absolutely. Your data will only be used to:

  • Process and deliver your order.

  • Contact you regarding any order issues.

  • Fulfill legal obligations (e.g., billing or taxes).
